# WakeSlap — Privacy Policy

WakeSlap (“the App”) is an alarm clock application that plays bold, dramatic audio to wake you up. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

## Data Collection

WakeSlap does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Specifically, the App:

• Does not require account creation or login
• Does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers
• Does not track your location
• Does not access your contacts, camera, photos, or microphone
• Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
• Does not send any data to external servers

## Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data only on your device:

• Alarm settings: Time, repeat days, selected mode, volume, and label for each alarm you create
• App preferences: Haptic feedback and volume settings

This data is stored locally using your device’s built-in storage and is never transmitted off your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

## Third-Party Services

WakeSlap uses the Google Fonts service to load typography. This may result in a network request to Google’s servers on first launch to download font files. Google’s privacy policy can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

No other third-party services are used.

## Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions solely for alarm functionality:

• Notifications: To alert you when an alarm rings
• Exact Alarms: To trigger alarms at the precise time you set
• Vibration: To provide haptic feedback when an alarm rings
• Battery Optimization Bypass: To ensure alarms fire reliably in the background

No permissions are used to collect or transmit personal data.

## Children’s Privacy

WakeSlap does not knowingly collect any data from children. The App contains exaggerated parody-style audio content and is intended for users aged 17 and older.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
